HE Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Australia, received at the Chancery, Dr Victor Pantano, Director of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives of the University of Canberra, Professor Ashraf Ghanem, President of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute and Ms Eve Martin, Manager, Innovation of the University of Canberra as well as Mr Mohamed Abdullah Jaber, Counsellor. The meeting discussed the University's scientific and research credentials and the prospects for cooperation with academic and research institutions in the State of Qatar.
